A Training-Focused Boarding Experience
Boarding at Akela K9 maintains your dog’s structure, routine, and stability while you’re away. Our boarding environment is quiet, low-stress, and intentionally managed to support both trained and in-progress dogs.
This is not a high-volume kennel. We keep numbers small so every dog receives clear communication, supervision, and consistency.
Requirements:
Dogs must be crate/kennel trained
Service fee applies if a dog is not crate trained
Service fee also applies to dogs with known human-directed aggression
Pick-up before 10:00 AM to avoid an additional day charge

Boarding Rates

$30 (30 min) / $45 (60 min) | Supports recovery, calmness, muscle function

These services are helpful for active, working, or sport-bred dogs and dogs recovering from stress, reactivity, or physical tension.
Want to Maintain Training Progress During Boarding?
We offer optional Training Refresh Sessions during your dog’s stay.
This can include: heel work, recall, neutrality around distractions, or obedience reinforcement.
